2. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, Vercel may process your IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, browser/device data and status codes in server logs.
Processing is necessary for secure and reliable delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted when no longer required for operation and security, unless legal duties require longer retention. Vercel may process data outside the EEA and identifies the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer mechanism where required.
3. Email contact
We process the sender address, message, timestamps and voluntarily supplied data to answer enquiries. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence.
Email is provided by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands, using an EU mail data centre. Your own email and internet providers may also receive the data. Enquiries are deleted when completed unless statutory retention periods or legitimate reasons apply.
4. Contact page
The fields on the contact page are processed only in your browser. “Open email” creates a draft in your email application; data is transmitted only if you send it there. “Copy message” writes the text only to your local clipboard.
5. Cookies
Only essential cookies are used for the requested language and to remember the cookie setting. The legal bases are section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies are used. The settings panel can be reopened at any time.
6. External links and media
Project images and fonts are delivered through this website without a direct browser request to Google Fonts or the original image host. External providers process data under their own responsibility only after you follow an external project link.
7. Recipients and provision
Recipients are limited to the hosting and email providers named above and authorities where legally required. There is no automated decision-making or profiling. Providing data is voluntary, but connection data is necessary to deliver the site and contact data is necessary to answer you.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent prospectively. Contact info@ck-labs.de to exercise them.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
9. Security and updates
Connections use HTTPS. We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and update this policy when services, processing or legal requirements change.
